NIA Staff Training

As part of our ongoing commitment to professional development, we are offering a skill building workshop for NIA leadership, division directors, office directors, and branch chiefs. This session will focus on strengthening communication skills for managing challenging conversations and situations, in pursuit of best advancing our science.

Your participation is strongly encouraged, as we work to foster more effective communication and collaboration within the NIA. NIA leadership and division directors have already confirmed their attendance, and this workshop can be counted towards your supervisory training time.
